Description:
This project includes all work to demolish ≈ 9,500 sf of existing roof plaza system to allow the construction of a new, approximate 7,300 sf building to house a new Gym for Physical, Occupational, and Recreational Therapy for the Spinal Cord Injury / Disorders Clinic. The new building also includes an approximately 750 sf of transitional apartment. Additionally, there is storage space and ≈ 1,700 sf mezzanine for staff observation and office space.
