Description:
The scope of work includes providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to: provide a topographic survey for an upcoming project. The project will include replacing an existing 300sf structure and adding a small area of pavement. The survey shall include all topography, utilities, hardscapes and landscaping in the project area. The flood plain elevation, existing building finished floor elevation and a preconstruction FEMA elevation certification will also be required. The surveyor shall be responsible for utility locating The project period will be one year from the contract award date, with the option for extension. Additional related or unrelated services may be requested.
