Description:
Phase 1A - Demolish library, two classrooms and gymnasium, construct west bus drop off zone, and dumpster area; Phase 1B - Construct two story building excluding gymnasium and stage; Phase 2A - Demolish remainder of existing school and two portables, renovate existing covered play area; and Phase 2B - Construct gymnasium and stage renovate existing field construct parking and drop off zone.

In order to submit our sealed bid to the school district by the deadline on the 21st, we are requesting all sub-tier bids be sent to us 24HRS before the published bid date (submit to Cornerstone by 2PM 11/20).
