Description:
Convert the existing building into a 92-bed residential treatment facility to provide culturally attuned care for the Native American community. The project will consist of the renovation of an existing building that formerly served as an assisted living and memory care facility.The center will focus on treating drug and alcohol addiction, as well as other forms of addiction. It is not a detoxification facility.

Korsmo Construction has been chosen to be the general contractor.
* Assume Commercial State & Federal Prevailing Wage which ever is the greater.
* There is still opportunity to make changes so if you have any VE ideas please share as an alternate.
