Description:
Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of the Contract can be summarized as follows:
1. Work includes demolition of existing site elements, new site work, paving (hard surface) revisions, new building construction and additions.
2. Work includes site Work.
3. Remodel of approximately 18,600 square feet of existing Lobby, Auditorium, Stage/flylofts/rigging, seating, etc. Work to include, but not limited to architectural and interior finish updates, structural updates, plumbing updates, & mechanical updates.
4. New Building construction of 1,445 square feet of new lobby space and restroom facilities.
5. Construction elements include conventional reinforced cast-in-place concrete foundations, floor slabs. Exterior wood framing and wood siding. Site Work elements are required to accommodate the new building construction Work.
6. Exterior doors are insulated aluminum assemblies or hollow metal door/frame assemblies. Exterior windows are aluminum with glazing units with low-e tempered glass.
7. Interior building construction elements include gypsum board attached to wood framing. Interior doors are solid core wood doors in hollow metal frames.
8. Interior finishes include painted walls and other surfaces, carpeting, resilient flooring, tile floors, vinyl wall fabric, and suspended acoustical ceilings.
9. Specialties, equipment and furnishings include toilet accessories, cabinets and accessories, signs and miscellaneous specialties.
10. Mechanical Work includes plumbing systems and fixtures, heating and air conditioning systems. Site mechanical Work includes service piping and lines for water and sanitary sewer.
11. Electrical Work includes distribution systems, lighting fixtures, fire alarm Work, and data/phone Work.
12. Site Work includes plumbing storm drainage systems, water system, earthwork for new improvements, concrete walkways asphalt paving and landscape and irrigation Work.
