Description:
Fencing, temporary tree, vegetation soil protection, sedimentation, and erosion control. Clearing and grubbing of vegetation, tree removal. Identification, location and protection of art, park elements, adjacent properties, utilities, piping, electrical, expansion joints and other elements to remain. Selective demolition of concrete paving, cementitious overlay, and waterproofing material over existing parking structure. Selective demolition and saw cutting of concrete curb, concrete slab concrete park elements, wood, and metal elements on grade and below grade. Selective demolition of water, sewer, electrical and drainage. Selective demolition of metal railing, metal gutter, metal pergola. Expansion joint work on both new and existing assemblies. Coordination and sequencing of utility work, concrete work, drain work, and cementitious overlay work with waterproofing. Cementitious overlay work on parking structure. Concrete walls, concrete curbs, concrete stairs, concrete paving, concrete infill, concrete bases both on structure and on grade. Surface preparation for and installation of specialty waterproofing over the existing parking structure. Surface preparation for and installation of specialty waterproofing at new and existing concrete per plans, details, and specifications. Irrigation, water and drain piping on/within structure and below grade. Trench drains within concrete structure and on grade. Electrical work to include conduit, boxes, fixtures lighting and connections. Concrete, steel and wood components for rails and furnishings. Steel handrail, guardrail, supports and fabrications. Grading, soil prep, irrigation, plantings, grass and plant establishment. New drinking fountain waste receptacles and park fixtures.
