Part 1: North Kitsap School District will receive sealed bids at 18360 Caldart Ave NE, Poulsbo WA 98370,
no later than 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, to be followed with a public opening and reading of the
bids at the above-referenced address. Owner reserves the right to postpone the bid opening by
Addenda.

Part 2: Prior to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, each bidder must submit its written designation of
intended HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical subcontractors in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders
and Invitation to Bid. Bids with such designations received after the day and hour stated above will be
deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered. Failure of a bidder to submit the names of such
subcontractors or to name itself to perform such work will render the bid nonresponsive.

Part 3: Prior to 12 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2024, bidders must submit their written designation of
intended Structural Steel Installation and Rebar Installation subcontractors. Bids with such designations
received after the day and hour stated above will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered.
Failure of a bidder to submit the names of such subcontractors or to name itself to perform such work
will render the bid nonresponsive.

Description:
The proposed project is an approximately 4,600 sf gymnasium with ADA access, two bathrooms, an office, fire riser room, mechanical mezzanine, and storage. Construction scope in existing building is limited to the connection to the new addition, and minimal scope in the existing gymnasium.
