Description:
The scope of work includes providing labor, *materials, and installation of port provided materials and equipment necessary for: construction of the south parking lot, demolition of the existing Port of Edmonds administrative building, upgrade of electrical service for M and N docks and Guest Moorage, water stub for a Phase III restroom building, construction of a new parking lot access, and asphalt overlay of areas of the south end parking lot, per all plans and specifications.
*materials is defined as everything except Port provided electrical parts as provided in the attached document. Installation costs for Port provided electrical parts as provided, are expected to be included in bid amount.
