Description:
The project consists of all labor, materials, and equipment required to prepare site for installation of prefabricated concrete CXT unit. Work includes, but is not limited to new water, sewer, and electrical lines run to CXT; subgrade preparation; coordination with CXT manufacturer on placement of unit; installation of new sidewalks; landscape restoration; temporary erosion and sedimentation control; and other ancillary costs associated with work.
