This project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor and equipment to design, acquire, and install a 23 foot – 5 inches span by 9 foot – 3 inch high by 71 foot – 3 inches long structural plate bottomless arch set on reinforced concrete footings; construction of fill, riprap slope protection, stream channel reconstruction, as well as associated roadway replacement work.
