Description:
The project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor and equipment to complete the following work:
A. Moving all equipment to the job site, cleaning up and removing any refuse, moving all equipment from the job site.
B. Reconstruct 37.30 stations of ditches in locations specified in CULVERT AND DRAINAGE LIST in accordance with the DITCH RECONSTRUCTION DETAIL.
C. Clean 2 culverts, reconstruct 1 culvert headwall and reconstruct 1 ditch out on the 1701000 road.
D. Install 16 Drivable Dips on the 1712000 and 1712514 roads in locations specified in CULVERT AND DRAINAGE LIST accordance with the DRIVABLE DIP DETAIL.
E. Grade, shape, and compact 3.84 miles of the 1701000 road as listed in 4.15 GRADING AND COMPACTING prior to aggregate placement.
F. Place, spread, shape, and compact, 2735 tons of 1-1/4 INCH CRUSHED at locations specified in the ROCK LIST.
G. Remove 1 existing culvert and replace with 42''x44' CMP as shown in 114+15 CULVERT REPLACEMENT DESIGN, including construction of fill, waste end haul, light loose riprap slope protection and energy dissipation.
H. Remove 2 existing culverts and replace with culverts as listed in the CULVERT AND DRAINAGE LIST, including construction of fill, waste endhaul, Quarry Spall slope protection and energy dissipation.
I. Install 1 new culvert as listed in the CULVERT AND DRAINAGE LIST, including construction of fill, waste endhaul, Quarry Spall slope protection and energy dissipation.
