Description:
The project consists of the demolition of an approximately 610 sf, single-story, wood framed, slab foundation garage structure including disposal of lead-containing materials. The project also includes decommissioning by removal and disposal of a 2,000 gallon unleaded gasoline underground storage tank (UST), removal and disposal of approximately 115 bank cubic yards of petroleum contaminated soil, backfill and compaction of resulting excavations, and temporary erosion and sediment control measures.
