Description:
The Port of Grays Harbor is soliciting bids for Contract No. 2342 to provide improvements to existing day-use area at Friends Landing campground, located at 300 Katon Road, Montesano WA. The project includes installation of accessible sidewalks, connecting the existing playground and picnic shelter areas. Additionally, the area around the existing playground will be enhanced to include an outdoor pickleball court, benches and picnic tables. Additive bid alternates include decorative lighting and additional patio features near the picnic shelter. These improvements will improve the accessibility of the area, increasing the opportunities for recreational users.

Work consists of removal of certain existing features; site prep & excavation; grading with aggregates and topsoil; hydroseeding; concrete flatwork; installing underground utilities. ADA features; paving with HMA; and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans & Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Contractor will be required to furnish all materials, labor and equipment for a complete project.
