Description:
The Work to be performed shall include but is not limited to: The addition of gutters to existing awnings and connections to storm drainage systems; the demolition and replacement of exterior siding, waterproofing, sheet metal flashing and trim on exterior walls and soffits; the removal and reinstallation of aluminum windows to accommodate waterproofing as indicated on the plans. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 00 10 40.
