The Main and Festival Street Improvements Project proposes to construct bollards on downtown City streets for use during City festivals and other outdoor events. The general aspects of this work will involve the construction of bollards, concrete foundations in the street, bollard sleeves in the sidewalk for bollard storage, and repair of one block of sidewalk .
