The Norway Hill Pavement Preservation proposes to rehabilitate existing pavement between 112th Ave NE and 104th Ave NE. The general aspects of this work will involve traffic control, paving hot-mixed asphalt, pavement repair, protecting utilities, replacing survey monuments and pavement delineation.
