Description:
This contract provides for the construction of a new submersible wastewater lift station, decommissioning and demolition of an existing wastewater lift station, and construction of a new 8- inch and 12-Inch wastewater gravity main extension and upsized pressure main next to an existing functional gravity and pressure system located in between the College St NE and 20th Way NE area.
The new lift station will include a new ten-foot diameter wet well, valve vault, control panel with awning, and other mechanical/electrical appurtenances. Work includes construction of approximately 1400 linear feet of offsite 8-inch diameter sewer force main, 130 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch diameter gravity sewer main, wet well coating, valves, connections and abandonments to existing water and sewer systems, asphalt and concrete pavement, lawn and landscape restoration, traffic control and other work.
