Engineer’s Estimate: $278,000 – Schedule A; $396,000 – Schedule B

Description:
The work provided for this project will include all materials, equipment, labor, and related items necessary to install approximately 750 square yards of cement concrete surface (Schedule A) or interlocking concrete pavers (Schedule B). Only one schedule of work will be awarded. Additional work includes excavating, grading, and compacting the site, water service extension, electrical service extension, storm drainage improvements, HMA driveway/patching, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
