Description:
West Basin Upland Improvements and Event Facility are a coordinated series of improvements in the uplands of Cap Sante Marina in Anacortes. Improvements include a breadth of work comprising internal site and external traffic control, raw site clearing and grubbing, tree and vegetation removal, installation of erosion/sediment control devices, deep site excavation, structural backfill, aggregate base installation, heavy civil grading and sub-grade preparation conforming to engineered contours and drainage slopes, utility routing and tie-ins, geotextile fabric installation, hot-mix asphalt paving, concrete curbs/gutters, ADA-compliant ramps, roadway striping, lighting, and integrated storm drainage infrastructure completion, ground-up development of a new 16,000 square-foot municipal event facility with lease spaces on undeveloped land, development of a waterfront public park, and other upland construction appurtenances as more fully defined in the Contract Documents (the “Work”).
