Description:
The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the 2026 Annual Replacement of Aging and Failing Infrastructure. Work includes rehabilitation of public storm drain conveyance pipes at 26 separate sites throughout the City of Kirkland, including but not limited to:

Removal and Replacement of Storm Pipe:
• 55 linear feet (LF) of 12” diameter pipe,
• 404 LF of 18” diameter pipe, and
• 122 LF of 24” diameter pipe.

Ultraviolet (UV) Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining of Storm Pipe:
• 1,460 LF of 12” diameter pipe,
• 1,835 LF of 18” diameter pipe, and
• 325 LF of 24” diameter pipe.

Work also includes all associated traffic control, temporary bypassing, and site restoration.
