Description:
The project includes replacement of heating water fittings and some sections of piping. Chilled water piping and fittings will remain. Sections of the existing acoustical panel and gypsum board ceilings will be removed and replaced or repaired to provide access to piping and fittings. Insulation removed to access piping and fittings will need to be replaced. Some EMS control devices require replacement and there will be some new raceway and conductors required to connect to existing controllers.
