Description:
Project includes repainting portions of the exterior walls, gutters, downspouts, and trim, along with minor siding and trim replacement, all as indicated in the documents. The approximate total square footage of painting is as follows: Building A - 19,500 sf, Building B - 3,800 sf, and Building C - 19,500 sf. The project also includes installation of a new 6'-0" high security fence and7'-0" high gates. Site work includes limited demolition of concrete walks and paving, CMU seat wall and landscaping including shrubs and tree removal. At Building A, the existing composition shingle roof covering and underlayment will be removed and replaced.
