Description:
The improvements will include reconstruction of SR 169 (Maple Valley Black Diamond Highway) from approximately 750ft north of SE 253rd Place to approximately 600ft south of SE 260th Street. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, stormwater conveyance, stormwater treatment, stormwater detention facilities, water main construction, joint utility trench work, paving with HMA and/or concrete, planing, irrigation systems, erosion control, curb/gutter, sidewalk, retaining walls, traffic control, pavement marking, illumination system, and landscaping during construction.
