Description:
The Work shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for: The project will provide a pedestrian bridge across SR 169 near SE 258th Street and will include a new covered main span over the highway, ADA approach ramps on both sides, staircases, electrical, lighting, irrigation, landscaping, utility relocations, a new driveway cut onto SR 169, and a play area. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Bridge and approach ramp construction, including piers and abutments
- Drilled shaft construction
- Civil site work
- Landscaping and irrigation
- Electrical and electrical coordination with PSE
- Lighting
- Railings
- Signage
- Stormwater conveyance and treatment facilities
- Waterline Relocation
- Coordination with Play Area Contractor
