This Contract shall generally consist of rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) systems, ADA facilities, curb ramps and other improvements at eight pedestrian crossings along Highway 101 and Front and First Streets in the City of Port Angeles all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
