Description:
This Contract provides for the construction of South 176th Street from International Boulevard/SR 99 to 32nd Avenue South; 32nd Avenue South from South 180th Street to South 170th Street; and South 180th Street from 32nd Avenue South to east terminus. Work includes, but is not limited to temporary erosion and water pollution control; removal of structure and obstructions; pavement removal and grinding; installing new stormwater conveyance, detention, and water quality facilities; undergrounding of aerial utilities and constructing joint utility trench; installing water and sewer mains; installation of infrastructure for future electric vehicle charging stations and decorative illumination and traffic signal systems; constructing curb, gutter, planter, sidewalk, bike facilities, retaining walls, raised concrete intersections and crosswalks; road restoration and paving; property restoration; installing of urban design amenities; new channelization and permanent signing, and other work to complete the project, and other work described in the construction documents.
