Description:
The work scope includes, but is not limited to the following elements:
1. Contractor designed work.
2. Installation, testing, and commissioning of Owner Furnished Equipment (total equipment value of $2.2 million).
3. Contractor designed and provided temporary facilities to maintain continuous treatment plant operations.
4. Demolition of existing structures and equipment.
5. Civil sitework, including temporary shoring and excavations, underground utilities, paving and site restoration.
6. Blower Building architectural, structural, and mechanical modifications to accommodate motor control center and engine generator room reconfiguration.
7. Solids Building architectural, structural, and mechanical modifications to accommodate motor control center and laboratory reconfiguration.
8. New electric power and control systems, including replacement of conduits, wiring, switchboards, transfer switches, motor control centers, control panels, and a new engine generator.
9. Controls integration work performed by Quality Controls Corporation.
10. New hot water boilers, hydronic pumps and piping systems, and digester gas piping systems and appurtenances.
11. Testing and Commissioning.
