Description:
The contemplated work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, project administration and coordination necessary to completely and successfully install and make operational all site features shown and referenced on the Construction Drawings, unless otherwise stated, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Key work includes:
• Installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls to be provided by contractor;
• Remove and dispose of existing artificial turf;
• Install new artificial turf per approved shop drawing submittal(s);
• Maintain existing drainage, lighting, paving, base course, edge anchor, and all site features which are not required to be replaced for artificial turf replacement compliance.
