Description:
The project will replace a passage barrier on a private residential road that crosses Sister of Friar Creek. The project consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment to:
1. Mobilize equipment, materials, and supplies to the project site
2. Install fish screens and assist with aquatic life relocation from within the work area to a downstream location
3. Install stream bypass and TESC measures
4. Install temporary access road
5. Excavate road fill and soil
6. Install structural fill
7. Install foundation
8. Install culvert
9. Install headwalls and wingwalls
10. Install scour protection rock, stream rock material, and streambed sediment within culvert
11. Install structural fill backfill
12. Restore the stream bed and banks adjacent to the culvert
13. Rebuild and resurface the gravel road within the project area
14. Decommission the portion of the temporary access road that does not remain
15. Install guard rails
16. Prepare all disturbed areas for establishing grass cover, and plant grass and establish temporary erosion control measures
