Description:
The scope of services includes interior renovation of the library and exterior site improvements per these contract documents and technical specifications. Work shall include but is not limited to non-structural partitions, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, casework, built-up flooring, redistribution of HVAC in Children’s Library, interior and exterior lighting, interior and exterior power distribution, exterior courtyard and associated area drain, updates to exterior monument signage, replacement of exterior vestibule and courtyard doors and associated hardware and card access readiness, replacement of historic windows, window heads, window sills, and window jambs, remediation of exterior stucco siding, mitigation of water damage at exterior historic wood doors and surrounds, flood barrier at top of exterior basement stairs, associated exterior waterproofing, ADA access control, ADA walkways, new street trees at ROW sidewalks, skylight maintenance, landscaping, custom site furnishings, associated demolition and any related components shown within the plans and technical specifications to provide a complete and functional installation.
