Description:
The scope of work consists of installing approximately 1,750 linear feet of 18-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) dimension ratio (DR) 17 gravity sewer main and 8-inch HDPE DR 17 gravity sewer main using pipe bursting to replace existing 15-inch concrete pipe along Olney Avenue SE, in the approximate reference area of SE Horstman Road and approximately 400 feet north of East Illinois Street, and replacing existing 6-inch concrete pipe along East Illinois Street. The Work will also consist of installing approximately 865 linear feet of 18-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main using open trench construction methods, 345 linear feet of 6-inch side sewers, 13 manholes, 15 cleanouts, and general restoration. The Work will be split into two (2) Schedules with Schedule A including the Work within the City of Port Orchard’s jurisdiction and Schedule B including the Work within Kitsap County’s jurisdiction.
