Description:
The District intends to construct six fenced pickleball courts to include but not be limited to temporary erosion control, grubbing, excavation, grading, asphalt paving, sport court surfacing and striping, fencing, topsoil placement, tree protection, landscape restoration, and all other work necessary to complete the project as specified and shown in the Contract Documents.
The work also includes sealing and striping, and if budget allows, installing sport court surfacing on the existing basketball court at the South Whidbey Community Park located west of the project site on Maxwelton Road.
